BY BOAT

• Simply cruise down the "Oakland Inner Harbor" deep water channel. You can't miss Marina Village Yacht Harbor on your starboard.

BY CAR

From the North Bay:

• 580 East to 80 West to Oakland
• Take 80 West to 880 South to downtown Oakland/Alameda
• After merging onto 880 South, get into the right lane
• Exit at Broadway, the first exit after merging onto 880 South
• Turn right at the stoplight at the base of the exit, onto 5th Street
• Continue south on 5th Street, parallel to 880, to Broadway & get in the left lane
• At the 5th & Broadway stoplight, continue through stoplight slightly to the left, to enter the Webster tunnel - signs clearly mark the tunnel entrance at the stoplight
• Once in the tunnel, get into the left lane
• Stay in left lane after exiting tunnel and cross overpass
• At first stoplight out of the tunnel, turn left onto Marina Village Parkway
• Turn right into parking lot at 1070 Marina Village Parkway
• Drive towards water, Richard Boland Yachts is to your left
  

From the South Bay:

• Take 880 North to Broadway Exit
• Turn left on Broadway after exiting freeway (you'll be under 880 pointed towards Jack London Square) and stay in the left turn lane
• At that next stoplight (at 5th Street) make a hard left into the tunnel entrance
• Once in the tunnel, get into the left lane
• Stay in left lane after exiting tunnel and cross overpass
• At first stoplight out of the tunnel, turn left onto Marina Village Parkway
• Turn right into parking lot at 1070 Marina Village Parkway
• Drive towards water, Richard Boland Yachts is to your left

From the Peninsula/San Francisco/Bay Bridge:

• 80 East/Bay Bridge to Oakland
• As you exit the bridge, get into the right lane
• Exit onto 880 South to San Jose/Oakland/Alameda
• Exit at Broadway, the first exit after merging onto 880 South
• Turn right at the stoplight at the base of the exit, onto 5th Street
• Continue south on 5th Street, parallel to 880, to Broadway & get in the left lane
• At the 5th & Broadway stoplight, continue through stoplight slightly to the left, to enter the Webster tunnel - signs clearly mark the tunnel entrance at the stoplight
• Once in the tunnel, get into the left lane
• Stay in left lane after exiting tunnel and cross overpass
• At first stoplight out of the tunnel, turn left onto Marina Village Parkway

From the East Bay/Orinda/Walnut Creek:

• Take 24 West to 980 East
• Take 980 East to downtown Oakland
• Exit at 12th Street
• Continue straight ahead to the second stop light
• Turn left onto 7th Street
• Continue on 7th to Webster (Salvation Army will be on your right at the corner)
• Turn right on Webster and enter the tunnel
• Stay in the left lane through tunnel
• Stay in left lane after exiting tunnel and cross overpass
• At first stoplight out of the tunnel, turn left onto Marina Village Parkway
• Turn right into parking lot at 1070 Marina Village Parkway
• Drive towards water, Richard Boland Yachts is to your left
